I should probably work on that…
1) too many boobs.
2) excessive confusion of the word “need” and the word “desire”.
3) molecular gastronomy.
4) fascination with exposing personal information.
5) inability to comprehend that “people” means us, too.
is an interesting thing to observe.
Why is intelligence measured in years of schooling and in a degree?
sitting in my brit lit class today, hearing people RAVE about a letter from spencer to his homie made me feel the same way. like, why should i even bother majoring in english when i can’t relate to these people, and when i know when i’m done i’m not going to feel excited about teaching, or editing or whatever else i choose. i want to go to school and learn something i enjoy, but i can’t afford it and soandso wants me to do this or that.
all i need to do is man up and quit forcing things upon myself, and instead accept my real interests.
everyone thinks their thoughts are profound.
until they realize that everyone has thoughts, too.
